The first VIRTUAL Southern Gospel Music Cruise will depart San Pedro, California
on March 15, 1998, at 6:17AM for Hawaii and points beyond. For this historic event, an
all-star lineup of talent has been secured for "The Sangin' on the Good Ole Gospel
Ship Virtual Cruise." The Nelons, Gold City, James Blackwood, Karen Peck & New
River, The Kingsmen, Kirk Talley, The Bishops, Marcia Henry & Latter Rain, Jeff &
Sheri Easter, Steve "Rabbit" Easter, Common Bond, The Kingdom Heirs, The Crabb
Family, The Dixie Melody Boys, The Weatherfords, The Journeymen, The Encouragers, John
Lanier and The Torchmen Quartet have all agreed to participate.
This cruise is for the enjoyment of Internet Southern Gospel Music Fans and to provide
publicity for some of our favorite artists. Each night of the cruise will include a tour
of six specially designed, never seen on the Internet, artists' pages. Each artist will be
featured on two separate nights and their "cruise" pages will contain pictures,
a listing of songs for the evening, and links to official web sites of all artists who
have them. Booking information, as well as information on purchasing projects from the
artists will be provided.
The possibilities on this Virtual Cruise are limitless, and other ideas are being
entertained. A talent show is scheduled, and there will be contests to win artists' music,
memorabilia, and other prizes. The best part about it -- it's free - just log on to the
Internet and set sail!
Please visit the official site for the cruise located at http://www.innovinta.com/cruise.htm where
you will find information which is updated daily. This URL is where the cruise will set
